Elder Reed and Sister Vicki Fanning, LDS Senior Missionaries

October 26, 2015

Monday

Sister Fanning was feeling a little bit better today.  She thinks she is starting to get better.

We spent most of the day resting.  Sister Fanning made two salted caramel apple poke cakes for family home evening.

We left about 6:15 for the base.  We set up for family home evening.  Elder Fanning went to the main gate twice to escort people onto the base.  Sister Fanning gave the lesson on making choices. We had the bishop’s family there.  We had a young single adult and a young woman from a civilian family.  They had invited a nonmember military family.  We had the sister missionaries, two young single adults, and a single sailor.  With us, it made fifteen people there.  The cake was popular.  Anything that we did not eat was sent home with two families. We broke up a little early, and we were home by 8:45.
