Elder Reed and Sister Vicki Fanning, LDS Senior Missionaries

November 9, 2015

Monday

Sister Fanning tried to make banana cake for family home evening.  The first cake came out under baked.  The edges were fine but the center had to be thrown out.  We were short on time so Sister Fanning baked a pan of brownies instead of a second cake.

We had the elders and sister missionaries come for lunch.  We had baked chicken with sun dried tomato cream sauce.  We also had buttered noodles, salad, and rolls.  The missionaries loved the food and we had a nice visit.

Family home evening was another success.  We had the sister missionaries give the lesson. They talked about choices.  We had a civilian family of three, a military family of five, the sister missionaries, and three young single adults. With us, we had fifteen people there.  We played several games and had a good time.

We got home about 9:00.
