We had district meeting in Coalinga this morning. At the last minute, the zone leaders called to see if we could attend the Hanford district meeting instead. Sister Fanning was not feeling well so she stayed home. Elder Fanning asked Elder and Sister Brown if they could take the Lemoore elders with them to Coalinga. He sent the Christmas gifts with them. Elder Fanning picked up bagels from Panera Bread and went to the Hanford meeting.
Lacey asked us if we could take her to Hanford to get baby Lily’s birth certificate. We picked her up about 2:00 and drove to the Hanford Health Department. It only took about 30 minutes. We stopped at Panera for a loaf of bread on the way back. We dropped Lacey off and changed our appointment with them from tonight to tomorrow night.
We went to the base this evening to deliver our last loaf of bread to a new family. They just arrived this week. They were in Church for the first time on Sunday. They were not home, so we left the bread on the porch pillar. We texted them that the bread was there.
We spent the rest of the evening relaxing.
They don’t light a Christmas tree on the base, they light a jet.
