Bold Adventurers

Elder Reed and Sister Vicki Fanning, LDS Senior Missionaries

January 10, 2016

Sunday

This morning Sister Fanning had a really bad headache again.  She stayed home from meetings.

We started our diets today.  We are hoping for long-term success this time.

Elder Fanning went to Ward Council and the block of meetings.  We had a couple of new families come to Church.  The meetings were uneventful otherwise.

We had tri-tip roast and roasted cauliflower for lunch.  Sister Fanning was feeling better after some extra sleep and a pain pill.

We left for our meetings in Hanford.  We had two people come to the Spouse and Family Group, one of them was new.  We had three people come to the Addiction Recovery Group.  We had good meetings and cookies, too.

We taught about the Atonement in Institute.  We had seven students come to the class.  The class started out a little light-hearted, but became very spiritual as we discussed what Jesus suffered for us.  It was an exceptional class, with tears and a strong Spirit.

We got home about 9:00.
