This morning Elder Fanning had an appointment to have the car serviced in Selma, while Sister Fanning went to the doctor with Coral. Coral wanted someone to go with her when she got the results of her tests regarding the mass in her lung. She also had to take her 7-month-old grandson, so Sister Fanning helped her with him.
We had a relaxing afternoon, doing paperwork and things around the apartment. Elder Fanning went to the post office to mail a package to our grandchildren.
We went to make some visits tonight. First, we dropped off a copy of the resiliency manual to Betty. Her husband took their copy with him on deployment.
We stopped to see a new couple in the Ward. He is 19, and she is 18. They are newly married and from Tooele, Utah. He has just finished boot camp and A course in Florida. They are looking forward to preparing to be sealed in the temple. They are a cute couple – he is very tall and she is very short.
We stopped by two other families, but they were not home. We also texted Abraham and found out that Susie still has not delivered their baby. She was due on Sunday.
We got home early, about 7:30.
