We drove to Fresno this morning to get a root canal for Sister Fanning. We got to the endodontist and found out that they do not offer nitrous oxide. Sister Fanning really needs it to calm her gag reflex. The dentist told her that he had several things that could help with that. He took an x-ray, and told her that she had the worst gag reflex he had ever seen. We decided to reschedule and use a sedation medication. When we went back into the lobby and the endodontist could see our badges, we found out that he was LDS. Sister Fanning’s badge was covered by the bib when he examined her tooth.
We stopped by Costco for gasoline and had lunch at Boston Market. We stopped at the mission office to drop off a gift for Sister White from a sister in the Corcoran Branch. They were in the middle and transfers and things were crazy.
We got back just in time for Sister Fanning to get to her chiropractor appointment. Her adjustment went quite well.
We were able to relax for a couple of hours.
We went to missionary correlation meeting. The Ward Mission Leader was not there so the meeting was directed by the counselor in the Bishopric over missionary work. We had a good meeting, talked about investigators and less actives and made plans to meet their needs.
We went to see Miles and Lillith. She has been trying to get to Church for a few weeks, but she gets up late, or has scheduling problems. We told her she can come late. Here baby is really cute. It is hard to believe she is 15 months old. We saw her shortly after she was born. We had a really good visit. We are hoping to see them at Church soon.
We got home about 8:30.
