This morning Sister Fanning had an appointment to see her orthopedic pain specialist. He is LDS, and we had a nice time talking about senior missionaries and how they get their assignments. He gave her a prescription for enough pain pills to last until she can get home and get an appointment with another doctor. He told her to keep in touch.
We went to Costco for gas and a couple of grocery items. We then had breakfast at Black Bear Diner. We stopped at the Vintage Press Restaurant to pick up a couple of loaves of their homemade bread. We got home about 1:00.
Sister Fanning started to work on the temple dress that Mercy asked her to alter. Mercy bought a white dress at a department store and needs the lacy area lined. Sister Fanning made a pattern from the dress, cut out the material, and did as much stitching on it as she could without a fitting. She needed to think about how and if she can do more without Mercy trying it on.
We took Tiffany to the chapel for an appointment with the Bishop. We had missionary coordination meeting tonight. We had a good discussion about the investigators and less actives the elders and sisters are teaching. We found out that the baptism scheduled for Saturday was postponed until next week.
We got home about 8:00.
